Dan is the principal broker of All In 1 Realty Services, LLC and his beautiful wife Lisa Shepard, is also a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker. Between the two of them they have over 20 years experience in the real estate industry.

Dan & Lisa love helping new and experienced agents and associate brokers achieve their goals. By working as a team, you get two brokers dedicated to your success.

Lisa & Dan both have very big hearts and truly care for all their agents and show this by going way above and beyond typical expectations of Broker owners. Dan and Lisa have been residents of the Capital District most of their lives, so they know the area very well. They are also Full Time Real Estate Professionals. They truly love and enjoy what they do and they are dedicated to helping everyone they work with. Dan is a former Marine and Law Enforcement and has a special place in his heart for any Military Service Member and also any one working in the public service professions.
